"Visited Koncept Automobiles,Noida A block,sector 2,today to explore the vehicles— having driven and being associated with the Scorpio vehicle officially for years, I was genuinely interested in considering another purchase.liked the Thar roxx and the 3XO top model too.. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Saving grace, only thanks to Abhishek who atleast served us water.and layer coffee. finally we complained to reception to ask someone to explain to us and show us around.Not a very efficient system. The showroom staff were busy chatting among themselves and busy with mobiles,sitting in groups, showing little to no interest in attending to customers. All were on their own,We were left to walk around and look at the vehicles on our own. When we tried to check out a car more closely, the maintenance person was dismissive and didn’t even allow us to properly view it — kept opening and closing the bonnet for whatever reason,instead of letting us see the vehicle calmly. The overall attitude at the showroom completely put me and my family off. We had come with genuine intent to explore the vehicls available, but the lackadaisical attitude spoilt the visit, My family was already considering the Creta, and after this visit, they were absolutely convinced. Showrooms are supposed to inspire confidence and make customers feel valued. Sadly, Koncept Automobiles, Noida,sector 2, did not perform well on that front,maybe its poor administration issue or overconfidence, whatever ,hopefully they improve."

"Please read it carefully before going here- My entire experience with this Koncept Mahindra showroom has been deeply disappointing — full of false commitments, mismanagement, and carelessness from the very beginning. Initially, I had booked my vehicle with another Mahindra branch but cancelled that booking after reading negative reviews and shifted it to the Sector-2 branch, hoping for a more professional approach and better customer support. Unfortunately, this branch also turned out to be equally disappointing. 1. When I enquired about the Mahindra 3XO AX7L, the staff confidently claimed that the model had been discontinued. I even verified the same with another showroom, but when I contacted Mahindra’s official Customer Care, they confirmed that this information was completely false. So, I was misled from day one. 2. Despite several reminders, I never received a test drive. Each time, there was one excuse or another. 3. The staff seemed unavailable most of the time — I had to follow up repeatedly for every small thing, whether it was the payment receipt, insurance details, or basic communication. 4. The PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) was conducted on a roadside, not in a proper inspection area, which clearly shows their lack of professionalism. 5. After delivering the car, they said the RTO registration had been filed, but this was a complete lie. Later, I discovered that they hadn’t even started the process. 6. After multiple calls, requests, and even warnings, they finally filed the RTO — but again made a major blunder by forgetting to submit my VVIP number receipt, which led to a different registration number being allotted. 7. During my first service, they left a visible scratch on my vehicle. When I raised the issue, I was told to “come next time” and they would fix it — completely unacceptable. 8. I had to personally chase them for every single thing, from documentation to updates — nothing happened smoothly or proactively. And honestly, there are many more such issues that I can’t even mention here. This was my first car, something that was supposed to be a proud and memorable experience. But this showroom made it the most stressful and disappointing one instead. I genuinely hope Mahindra India takes serious note of this branch’s negligence, misinformation, and poor after-sales service so that no other customer has to go through what I did."

"I purchased an XUV 300 from this dealership, but my experience was disappointing. During the PDI, 2 days before delivery, I noticed the TGDI logo sticker was broken. Despite their assurance to replace it before delivery, they failed to do so and instead suggested I get it fixed during my first service visit. However, the issue remained unresolved even after the first service. I followed up with them for 8-9 months, but they eventually claimed that since the car model was no longer in production, they couldn't assist me. To make matters worse, when my car's battery died after 15 months (beyond the 1-year warranty period), I felt let down. While most aspects of the vehicle were satisfactory, the poor after-sales service and lack of support left a sour taste."

"Worst experience ever. I had a bad experience four years ago and thought I might have been overthinking it, but this time the attitude was exactly the same. They don’t treat customers properly at all. The salesperson’s attitude is extremely poor—almost like, “If you want to buy the car, buy it; otherwise, leave.” They don’t even bother to show the car properly, and if you somehow manage to see it, they warn you to be careful and not touch the car with your shoes. Unbelievable."

"# Very polite and cooperative staff # The service centre is right in front of the Mahindra Showroom. The area is big but it’s too busy and the cars are piled up inside and outside every time of the day. # Weekends are usually busy and crowded. You might have to leave your car for a day or two before it gets serviced. # Service quality is good, however, just like any other “branded” service centres, they will cost you 3x of what you can get the same service outside or at “non branded” centres. Explore your options."
